Thanks for your support
ACM for March 2022 is done and moving to April
You have my personal thanks for subscribing to Alternative Comics Magazine. It’s now on to the next month’s work. In that vein, I’ve decided to put at least a page or two in next’s months issue for individual discussions with the creators about their current and upcoming projects. Obviously, I would like to give any subscribers to this substack page the first opportunity. The goal of this is twofold. First, each discussion gives the creator a platform to promote their work and progress more than just a single blurb of information. Secondly, the magazine needs to engage the readers with more in-depth thinking around a comic/graphic novel for them to spend their money.
Given the amount of time/effort to complete this work within the allotted time, (aside from my other commitments), I’ve decided to make the individual interviews around emails with a hard deadline.
If you’re interested in having your project/comic explored more deeply for April and the coming months, please respond to this article on substack or send me a note at editor@altcomag.com.
Again, please spread the word about this magazine to your creator friends and they can contact me so I can help spread the news about their projects.
I put in this public domain pic just because it looked cool and Harry Houdini was the editor…lol
